The department of internal medicine caters to patients with both acute and chronic medical ailments.This includes treatment of acute respiratory ,GIT,GUT cases as well as treatment of diseases like hypertension,diabetes,chronic renal failure etc.
The department is supported by following in house facilities:
1. Medical ICU
2. Intensive coronary care unit ICCU
3. Echocardiography including stress echo.Latest Philips CX50 Matrix echo machine with both 2D/3D capability
4. Treadmill test TMT….fully computerised
5. Hemodialysis
6. ECG….Fully computerised
7. Dot therapy for tuberculosis
