Out Reach

The hospital management and staff continuously reach out to the community to provide medical care to those in need, in 1985 an urban dispensary was opened at Jammu Colony, Ludhiana. In accordance with the philosophy of, “Na ko bairi nahi bigaana” the hospital periodically conducts medical camps in the rural areas of the district. The patients, who require immediate care, are referred to the hospital and are provided treatment at very nominal costs.

From a hospital which started serving with 22 beds, it has grown substantially in terms of infrastructure and services offered. It is now a 250 bedded multi-specialty hospital which delivers commendable service with the help of latest technology in medical- science. With an annual budget of approximately 14 crores, the hospital is dispensing quintessential services towards creating a healthy and disease free society, thus fulfilling its aim of sarbat da bhala. Following the teachings of a Guru who laid his life for saving a religion that was not his own, and under the guidance of mentors who practice and preach a secular way of life, the hospital has become an inspiration in offering healthcare without any prejudice and favoritism.
